We accept payment via Credit and Debit card via our secure payment provider as well as by cheque (check), bank transfer and postal order. To make an order to be paid using cheque, bank transfer or a postal order simply select the 'bank transfer and cheque' payment option at checkout and then Contact Us with your order number and what method you would like to pay by, we will then send you the details needed to make the payment. (note. Orders paid for by bank transfer, cheque or postal order may take longer than credit/debit card payments as the payments have to be confirmed before orders are despatched.)
All orders sent to a UK address are shipped via 1st class recorded or special delivery method depending on order size which provides you with a code to confirm the item has been posted and to confirm its arrival at its destination, in some cases tracking is possible. UK orders sent via 1st class recorded delivery typically arrive within 1-3 days although it can take longer. Orders sent via Special delivery will arrive the day after despatch pending any exceptional circumstances beyond our control due to Royal Mail.
Single unit orders sent to international addresses are sent via standard non-tracked Air Mail. Orders of 3 or more units (i.e. 3 Maximus AVR USB) are sent via tracked/registered Royal Mail International Signed For or AirSure delivery depending on availability in the destination country.
Delivery to Western Europe typically takes 3 working days after the date of despatch, Eastern Europe 4 days and the rest of the world 5 days. These are the times quoted by Royal Mail and are typical times, orders can take longer to arrive than the quoted times.

We ask that customers in the UK wait 7 working days and international customers 14 working days after your order has been despatched for delivery to take place before contacting us in the event that your order has not yet arrived.
All products hold a 12 month warranty and there is a 7 day cooling off period after you receive your order in which you can return your order, unused, in a saleable condition for a full refund as per UK Distance Selling Regulations. Simply Contact Us with your order number and request for a return.
If upon receiving your order and after following our install instructions you find your product not to work, first Contact Us with as much info as possible regarding your problem and the steps you have taken already to try to resolve it. We will provide you with troubleshooting steps and comprehensive support. If the problem is not able to be solved after consulting us we will send you a replacement product upon receipt of your faulty one.
